Melhorar o Inglês

Today, at 21:00 I'm having an Encounter.
I'll be evaluated by a professor in a language institute.
I didn't study anything, but normally I don't have any difficulties because I speak by my elbows (tradução: eu falo pelos cotovelos).
Not perfectly but the reality is that I can't make myself silence. Not even when I'm speaking in a foreign language.
My teacher did not believe me when I said that I was shy.
I think it's a form of defending myself.
